Memorial Day 2016

Monday, May 30, 2016
The church will be open from 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM.
Mass will begin at 9:00 AM.

Memorial Day mass will be offered by Fr. Dennis Martin for our Veterans and deceased loved ones.  We also pray for our family members and friends, near and far, who are ill.  We ask for God’s blessing on them, their family and caregivers.

Mass again will be held in the Cemetery.  Bring your lawn chairs.  It will be inside if it rains.

Afterwards, we will have a short program during which we will honor all of our loved ones and Veterans.  We will conclude with patriotic songs; by the Kasper girls (Phyllis Jacobsen & Jane Jones).

Refreshments and cookies will be served.  We appreciate all the snacks & treats delivered with care for our celebrations such as this.

Christmas 2015

Joy filled the church again at a lovely Christmas party held Sunday, December 6, 2015.  Traditional Christmas carols were sung by the Dvorsky family (Mike, Karen, and daughter Sara Dvorsky) which were enjoyed by all.  Afterwards, delicious homemade treats prepared with care were delectable.

Fellowship allowed everyone time to wish one another a blessed Christmas and New Year.  Decorations, the vintage barn nativity stable & a real tree adorned the church.  Santa even made a visit!  Our thanks to the Handley family who donated the lovely tree in memory of their mother Blanch.
